CJ & Brian had the dream rustic wedding and we are so excited to share some of the amazing details they incorporated! Their ceremony was held at the First Congregational Church of Geneva. A lovely and classic church right in our backyard! The Reception was held at the gorgeous Abbey Farms in Aurora. It was a beautiful backdrop for the rustic feel the couple was looking to accomplish.

CJ wore a stunning sweetheart strapless a-line wedding dress designed by Stella York. The lace bodice and textured tulle skirt added the perfect touch of fun and elegance to her big day.

Her mom added her own personal touch by making a custom bridal belt complete with ivory trim and a beaded detail at the center. Their gorgeous flowers were competed by our favorite floral vendor Town & Country Gardens. They captured the romance and feminine look that really makes CJ’s dress really pop!

Where would we be without our girls!?

CJ’s bridesmaids were the perfect execution of mix & match bridesmaids styles. Each look complimented each bridesmaid and really gave a beautiful palette to work off of. She used multiple designers and fabrics to give the look and feel of individuality. The designers represented are Bill Levkoff, The Dessy Group & Jasmine Bridesmaids.

We LOVE first dance photos! It really gives your guests a chance to admire your entire look from all angles.
Pro tip: Make sure you take your time and don’t cut your first dance short! Some venues/coordinators may recommend cutting certain corners to accommodate and tight schedules. This is such a beautiful moment to cherish and you will remember it forever.

The Crystal Bride is so excited to announce this highly exclusive collection! We are the first in Illinois to showcase these beautiful gowns for this week only! We will have these gowns from Friday, April 12th until Saturday April 20th, 2019.

FAQ:

–What is a preview show?

A showcase of the newest bridal gowns from one particular designer. These styles have not technically hit the market just yet, so photos are a no-no. However, you are able to try these styles on and if you end up selecting a dress, you are always able to order it. At times some of these styles don’t ever go into production, so there is a slight chance you could have a one of a kind gown!

–Do I need an appointment?

YES!! Absolutely! In order to try these styles on, you do need a skilled consultant working with you. She will be able to answer any questions about each gown, help you in and out of each style as well as give you color options, proper fit information and be able to get the dress on order for you.

–Why do you do a preview show?

The feedback from a real bride is better than anything! We take your feedback into consideration, (things you like and dislike) and report back to the designer. It helps us be better at our jobs and service you to the best of our abilities.

–Why can’t we take pictures?

Because these styles potentially could never hit the market, the styles need to remain private. The designers ask that we respect their visions and would love if you did as well. However, if you do decide to purchase that day, photos are more than welcome!!

–What do I bring?

An open mind! We have strapless bras, jewelry, a small selection of shoes, etc. Trunk shows tend to get a little hectic, so we do request you don’t bring a large group with you to shop, it becomes a bit overwhelming.

–How long does it take for the preview show dresses to come in once I order?

The dresses have not officially gone into production, so they do take the full 6 months to arrive. Alterations are still an average 3-4 months to complete, so please make sure you have enough time to complete the process.

Please give the store a call to schedule your appointment! We couldn’t be more excited!!
